This service operates on a "Repair on Request" strategy. Once a call is placed at the TMS helpdesk, engineers are dispatched to the job accordingly. Note: TMS operate 24 hour response times for accident and emergency issues.
As with Preventative Maintenance, each piece of equipment repaired is fully tested, labelled and documented.
