From material handing equipment to mobility equipment our Service Engineers and our Service Vehicles are equipped to carry out all Repair activities.

Comprehensive on board plant and equipment carried in all Service Vehicles allows on - site:

  • Hydraulic Re- alignment
  • Drilling
  • Cutting
  • Grinding
  • Power Washing

This service operates on a "Repair on Request" strategy. Once a call is placed at the TMS helpdesk, engineers are dispatched to the job accordingly. Note: TMS operate 24 hour response times for accident and emergency issues.

As with Preventative Maintenance, each piece of equipment repaired is fully tested, labelled and documented.

Warranty and Health & Safety

Other 'Requested' calls consist of warranty and health & safety issues. These activities required speedy and professional responses, especially with respect to risk management.

TMS work closely with all leading manufacturers in the pursuit of warranty support and customer service.
